Summer Love Rub-ons

OMG! I just love the rub-ons on transparency paper! Such a sharp look! I think this is my new favorite card to make! Now, transparency paper, you ask? Its the same thing as the overhead projector sheets from when you were in school....I just bought mine at Office Max.

This one measures 4 1/2 x 4 1/2. The transparency sheet is the same size, and basically is the 'cover' for the piece of cardstock. Transfer your rub-ons directly on the transparency paper and tie it up with a ribbon.

Font of you

Today is my good friend M's birthday. Well, her name is Meriah, but I called her M, and she called me T when we worked together in Missoula. She is a super upbeat person, and no matter what kind of mood you are in, if you chat her up, you will instantly be lifted! Her happiness is infectious! I love the saying on this card!

The bright colors in this card fit her to a "T"....or should it be "M"? :)

Summer Lovin Card

This card uses a few great things from the new Occassions Mini catalog. Summer Love Rub-ons, Walk in the Park DSP and Great Friend stamp set.

Pretty simple card to make. The rub-on didn't show up as well as I would have liked it to on the gray, but still a great card. I just love this color combination and the butterfly is my favorite!

Embossing Vellum

Okay, so I do love my Big Shot, and have another treat to show you! This is a super easy card to make, and I think it packs a big punch! It doesn't take a lot of time to make, and you could do it in any color combination you wanted!

Just run your vellum through your Big Shot in the Fifth Avenue Floral emblosslit folder, and run a piece of adhesive across the top. Tie a ribbon around the top and you are done! Great card for those "OMG, I need a card" moments....we all have em!
